What data we process

Email address (for sign-in) and, if you sign in with Google, the name and profile picture Google provides; photos of your items and their attributes (category, colours, seasons, etc.); saved and worn outfits; optional prices and notes; the consents you gave. Before upload, photos are resized on your phone and stripped of metadata (location, phone model, capture date).

Why and on what basis

To provide the service, i.e. wardrobe archive and outfit suggestions (performance of contract, Art. 6.1.b). AI analysis of photos: based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a). Anonymous usage statistics to improve the app: only if you agree, revocable at any time from Profile. No advertising, commercial profiling or sale of data.

Where it is stored

Database and photos are hosted by Supabase in an Ireland (EU) data centre. Photos are private: only you can see them.

Who receives it (processors)

Supabase Inc.: hosts database, photos and sign-in (EU). Anthropic PBC (Claude): receives individual photos and item attributes to analyse them and suggest outfits; it may process them in the United States and does not use them to train its models. Resend Inc.: sends the sign-in code emails and processes only your email address. PostHog Inc. (EU servers): receives anonymous usage statistics, only with your consent. Google: only if you choose to sign in with Google. Transfers outside the EU rely on the European Commission standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. No one else receives your photos.

How long

As long as you keep your account. If you delete it, we erase photos and data immediately; the provider's technical backups are overwritten within a few days. Consent records are deleted together with the account.

Your rights

From Profile you can export all your data, delete your account with one tap and withdraw consent to statistics. You can also request access, rectification, restriction or object, or withdraw consent to AI analysis, by writing to [email protected]. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
